A very common question: can I set up my team's pop-up tent the day before so I don't have to worry about it the morning of the event?
Early tent setup is available to those who volunteer Thursday or Friday for event setup. If you volunteer on Thursday or Friday, you will be able to set up your tent after 4PM on the Friday before the event. Tents cannot be set up before this time due to moving machinery and other event operations.
